Recording Memberships Paid Offline
If you choose to sell memberships using paper forms, we recommend the following for best record-keeping:
Step 1 - Search your database to see if the new member is already has a Contact Record in your system. You can use the "Search" field located on the Dashboard. If so, proceed to Step #3.
Step 2 - Add the new member as a Contact in your database.
Step 3 - Create an Order for the Membership on the new member's Contact Record / Orders tab.
Step 4 - Process the Payment for the Membership Order.
