FAQ - When is the List of Opportunities Pulled for a Kiosk?

In Kiosk Mode, the list of Available Volunteer Opportunities is pulled from Active Volunteer Forms at the instant the button is selected to activate kiosk mode.

Once a kiosk is activated, if another volunteer form is added, that form won't become a part of that kiosk until that kiosk is re-activated.

However, if an opportunity is added to a form that has already been selected for a kiosk, that opportunity will be available for check-in the next time the check-in screen is shown on the kiosk.

FAQ - How can we have a Volunteer Form only on the Kiosk and Not in the Open Forms?

A Volunteer Form is available to the Kiosk base on the form's Check In Settings that are set on the Check In Settings tab.

You can set the Publish/Unpublish dates of the Volunteer Form so that it is expired. If the volunteer form itself is expired, it will no longer show in Open Forms.

As long as the Check In Settings on the form are still current, the form will be available for the Kiosk.
