Volunteer Kiosk Reports

Kiosk Check-In/Out Report


This report produces an on-screen listing of all volunteers that have checked-in during a given date range.
  1. Go to Volunteers / Reports / Kiosk Check-In/Out Report.
  2. Set the Date Range for the report.
  3. Refresh.


Volunteer Hours

  1. When using a Volunteer Kiosk to check-in/check-out volunteers, Volunteer Hours are added to a Volunteer's record by the system. Admins can edit these hours by editing the check-in/check-out times on the volunteer record.
  2. Go to the Volunteer's Contact Record.
  3. Click on the Volunteering tab.
  4. Hours "Entered By the System" will have Check-In/Out times associated with them.

Editing the Hours Generated from a Kiosk
  1. Select "edit" next to the entry.
  2. Update the Check-In/Out Times as needed. (Note: You will need to edit the actual times, not the number of hours.)


Tracking Volunteer Attendance


The Volunteer Kiosk allows you to easily track Volunteer Attendance at your events. This is done on the Volunteer Form Report. Once a Volunteer has Checked In using the Kiosk, they will be listed as "Attended" for their assignment.

To view the Attendance by Opportunity:
  1. Go to Volunteers / Forms / Select the Form.
  2. View the number of volunteers that Checked In for each opportunity in the "Attended" column.
  3. Click on the number to view the list of names.
