FAQ - How to Update Contact Status in Mass

Administrators have the option to edit a group of contact records all at one time to update contact status.


If you want to update all of your contacts from active to outdated:
  • Go to People / Parents.
  • Filter the list of contacts to the group that you want to edit.
  • Click the "Update Checked" button.
  • Change the field for contact Status to Outdated
  • Click the "Update" button.
