Processing Refunds Through TransFirst
Refunds can be processed on the mobile device if being used, or your TransAction Express account. If you are able to void the transaction on the same day, prior to it being batched/settled, then the fees associated with the transaction would also be voided. However, if a refund is processed after it has batched, it is considered a separate transaction all together and is not associated with the original charge. There would not be any new fees, but it would not void out the prior fees.
