Making A Refund Through PayPal
To Issue a Refund Through PayPal:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Find the transaction that needs the refund. It may be helpful to look on MTK to find the date of payment.
- Select "Details" for that transaction.
- Select "Issue A Refund."
- Enter refund amount. You can issue a refund for a partial order or the entire amount.
Note: You can NOT issue a PayPal refund through Membership Toolkit.
