Making A Refund Through PayPal

To Issue a Refund Through PayPal:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Find the transaction that needs the refund.   It may be helpful to look on MTK to find the date of payment.
  3. Select "Details" for that transaction.
  4. Select "Issue A Refund."
  5. Enter refund amount.  You can issue a refund for a partial order or the entire amount.

Note:  You can NOT issue a PayPal refund through Membership Toolkit.
