Editing Submitted Data in Data Fields

Editing Submitted Data in Data Fields

Admins have the ability to edit a data field on a submitted form.  This is especially useful when a contact needs to make a change on forms that are set to One Time Only and only present once.
  • Go to Store & Forms / Summary.
  • Find the name of the form and click on the blue number in the "Ordered" column.

  • Then choose the Order Number you wish to edit.
  • Click the "Edit" button in the "Independent Data Collected" section.
