Managing Volunteer Preferences

Adding or Changing a Volunteer Preference


If you need to change or add a volunteer for a particular volunteer opportunity:
  1. Use the Search field on the Dashboard to locate the user's contact record.
  2. Select the Volunteering tab.
  3. Use the edit button to make changes or additions.
  4. Select the Volunteer Grouping (volunteer form) for the edits you wish to make.
  5. Check/uncheck the boxes for either person on the account.



Adding Multiple Volunteers to an Opportunity


You can add many volunteers at once to a single opportunity.
  1. Go to Volunteers / All Contacts.
  2. Select the Volunteers.
  3. Select "assign checked..."
  4. Select the Opportunity from the drop down.
  5. Click "Assign."
