Logging In
Logging In is the very first step in accessing your Membership Toolkit Account. The video below will show you how to log in and access the Dashboard.
The Dashboard
The Dashboard is the control center for everything related to your Membership Toolkit account. Use the tabs and hyperlinks to quickly navigate to the information you need.
1. Active Contacts - The number of Active Accounts in your system.
2. Members - The number of users that have Memberships that are current (not expired).
3. Volunteers - The number of Unique Volunteers that have signed up on any volunteer form.
4. Scheduled Email - Emails that you have scheduled to send at a later date and time.
- This does not apply to emails scheduled through the Email & Newsletters tab.
- Once email has been scheduled, you are not able to edit it, but you can click here to cancel any or all of the messages.
5. Orders - The number of orders and total dollar amount generated for the current year.
6. Ordered - The number of orders and total dollar amount for each particular form.
7. Form Report - This report includes all orders specific to this form including data fields and time of purchase. You can:
- Choose the dates for your data and how you want it sorted.
- Filter by Form Status, Current or Stored Data, and any Custom Fields. More Information About Filtering Form Reports
- Email users who have ordered from the form.
- Download the report to excel.
8. Form Summary - This report produces a list of the SKUs on the form and the number of each SKU that has been purchased from this form.
