Signup Forms

In Membership Toolkit there is no need to "activate signups." Your volunteer tools are loaded and ready to go. You can access them on the Dashboard under the Volunteers tab.
  1. capture volunteer interest
  2. schedule volunteers
  3. send reminder emails
  4. connect Signup Genius sign-up forms to your account
  5. collect volunteer hours

Creating a Signup

Creating a volunteer form consists of a series of steps, including naming the form, setting up the publish and unpublish dates and times, entering your volunteer opportunities, and configuring your emails to go out. Clicking on the "save and continue >" button at the bottom of each screen will guide you through all of the steps.

How Parents Sign Up

Once your form is ready there are 2 ways for parents to sign up.
  1. You can provide them with a direct link to the volunteer form.
  2. Otherwise, parents can always find it on their Open Forms page which they can access by going to My Account on the home page of your website.
