Linking to Forms

You can set up a link that will take users directly to most Sales & Data Forms.
  • Go to Store & Forms and select the Form.
  • On the Form's Setup tab, at the top of the screen, there is a URL that will allow you to link directly to your form from a content page, newsletter, etc.
  • Users will still be prompted to log in if they haven't already, but then they will be taken directly to the form rather than the list of Open Forms.
  • Keep in mind that the settings on the form still apply - meaning that if the form has a form condition, then only users who meet the conditions will be able to view it.

You will NOT find a direct link to:
  • Forms that are set to One Per Student
  • Forms in Packets
In cases where you are unable to link directly to a form, we recommend directing users to Open Forms (usually under My Account) instead.
