PaySimple - PCI Compliance Certification

All PaySimple customers are required to complete a short online questionnaire about PCI Compliance. This is intended to assure that you understand your responsibilities with keeping credit card information secure. The good news is that the security of the credit card information is handled by PaySimple. Neither Membership Toolkit or your administrators will have access to the credit card information. 

This is required and you must complete it or you will be charged $24.95 / month until it is completed.

Approximately 3-5 days after your application is approved, you will receive an email with information on how to complete the online form.

For questions or assistance completing your PCI Compliance questionnaire you can contact WorldPay's PCI Support Team by calling 833.534.8422 or emailing support@pci.worldpay.com. They are available 8:00 am to 10:00pm EST, Monday-Friday.
