FAQ - How do you add the User Credit Macro to a content page or html block?

When an account credit has been issued to a user, they can view the amount by logging in and clicking on their name in the Login box. There is a tab in their Profile for Account Credits.

If you'd like to have this information visible automatically once users log in, you can display account credits directly on your home page or in an html block in your left or right rail. To do this you will add the User Credit Macro.

Adding the User Credit Macro to a Content Page:

  1. Open the content page to edit the content body.
  2. Place your cursor where you'd like the Account Credit to show.
  3. Insert the User Credit Macro by clicking the "Add a Macro" button on the toolbar. It looks like this: {{}}
  4. Select "Insert User Credit Block."


  1. After you save, the User's Account Credit will appear in a block where the macro was inserted.



Adding the User Credit Macro to the Primary Rail as an HTML Block:

  1. Go to Website > Structure > Region Primary Rail.
  2. Add block > select HTML Block > click add block.
  3. In the HTML Content section, place your cursor where you'd like the Account Credit to show.
  4. Insert the User Credit Macro by clicking the "Add a Macro" button on the toolbar. It looks like this: {{}}
  5. Select "Insert User Credit Block."



  1. Save and re-order your blocks by clicking and dragging if necessary, then save again.
