User Accounts & Contact Records
- A User Account consists of an Email Address and Password that is used to log in.
- A Contact Record contains a Contact Email and may/may not be connected to a verified User Account.
- The User Account Email Address and the Contact Email Address may/may not be the same.

If a Contact Email is associated with 2 or more Contact Records and is NOT associated as a User Account, when the user logs in with that email, a NEW Contact Record will be created for that user. (The system does not know which contact record to connect it to so a new one is made.) This happens when:
- Email Verification is turned ON
- User has 2 Contact Records with the same Contact Email
- User logs in with the Contact Email and creates an account with the organization.
- A 3rd Contact Record is automatically created in the system (the system does not know to choose account 1 or account 2 so it creates a 3rd)
