Updating Your TransFirst Merchant Account

It is important to keep your TransFirst account current with the correct merchant/banking institution.

To update the Merchant Account on your TransFirst account:
  1. Download the Merchant ACH Change Form (attached to this file)
  2. Complete the form, adding the new account owner under "ACH Information Add/Change"
  3. A current authorized signer must sign the document
  4. Email a copy of the completed form to Peter Stretton at PStretton@tsys.com.
