Tips for Effective Emails

One of the easiest ways to promote an event, ask for volunteers, or publicize your membership options is through email.  As the volume of email increases in everyone’s inbox, it is critical that your email is effective. Here are some tips to help assure that your email is delivered and read!

Avoid Lengthy Emails
Try to make your email short. When possible, include links to your website or other sources for additional information.
 
Call to Action
Advertising an event registration? In your email include the call to action.

  2. Don’t forget to include the direct link to your event registration in your email.
