Setting Up a Communication List
Before you can send out a newsletter, you need to set up a Communications List.
- Go to Communications / Communication Lists / add list.
- Complete the fields for naming and describing your list.
- Add conditions if you want the list be an Auto-populating Newsletter List.
- You can reorder the lists by clicking and dragging the handles. Don't forget to Save!
There are sometimes issues with drag and drop in Chrome. If you are using Chrome and are having difficulty, we recommend trying another browser. Otherwise, submit a help desk ticket so we can assist you.
