Processing/Handling Fees

Processing/Handling Fees

Organizations can choose to collect a processing/handling fee for all orders placed online. The fee will be applied to every order placed online, regardless of payment method. (cash, check, or credit card)

To set up a processing fee:
  1. Go to Store & Forms / Configuration / Processing/Handling Fee.
  2. Processing Fee Label - what the user will see.
  3. Processing Fee - the amount you want to charge for each order

Note: If you wish to only charge a fee for credit card payments, see our article on Pass-Through Transaction Fees.
