Logging In and Open Forms Page

Logging In and Open Forms Page

There are two screens (pages) that users see when logging in to make a purchase or sign up to volunteer.
  1. Login screen
  2. Open Forms

Pre-Login

When contacts are creating a new account or logging in to their account, they will be presented with the Account Login page.
  • To edit information on this screen go to Website / Configuration / Welcome/Login.
  • Only Account Owners will have access to the Configuration tab.

Post-Login

After the user has logged in they are presented with the Open Forms Website Content Page.
  • You can edit the information on this page as well. Go to Website / Pages / Select the Open Forms Content Page.
  • Make your changes in the Content Body section (be sure and leave the Open Forms Macro in place).
it is VERY IMPORTANT that you do not delete this content page. It is the only place users will be able to access all of their information, sales, and volunteer forms.

Open Forms List - Customizing Titles

Depending on your type of organization, you may find it helpful to change the titles that are presented in the Open Forms Block. Instead of Parent & Student Information, you may want to include Community members. Instead of Volunteer Opportunities you may want to title that section "sign up" or "sign up to volunteer".
  • Go to Store & Forms / Configuration / Open Forms Block.

Customizing Field Titles on Parent & Student Forms
If your organization would prefer not to use titles such as Parents and Students, you can customize the fields to suit your needs.
  1. Go to People / Configuration / Parent Form and Student Form.

Open Forms List - Re-ordering Forms

On the Open Forms page, Family/Contact Information forms will always present first. Volunteer forms will always present second and Sales & Data Forms (New Forms) will always present last.

However, you CAN change the order of the individual forms within both the Volunteer Opportunities and New Forms sections.

To change the order of the Volunteer Opportunities Forms:
  • Go to Volunteers / Active Forms.
  • Drag the forms up and down in the list to re-order them.
  • Be sure to click "Save."
To change the order of the New Forms (sales & data forms):
  • Go to Store & Forms / Forms.
  • Drag the forms up and down in the list to re-order them.
  • Be sure to click "Save."

There are sometimes issues with drag and drop in Chrome. If you are using Chrome and are having difficulty, we recommend trying another browser. Otherwise, submit a help desk ticket so we can assist you.
