Order Financial Matrix by Category Report


The Order Financial Matrix by Category report produces an excel spreadsheet of all orders with the dollar amounts broken into the categories defined in your catalog.  It is sorted by order date/time and contains all of the detailed information about each order. The on-screen size of this report in excel is very large so you may have to re-size the cells to make it suitable for printing.  Below is a sample of some of the information that is included.

  1. Go to Store & Forms / Reports / Financial Reports / Order Financial Matrix by Category.
  2. Select the date range for the product orders.
  3. Download to excel.

Payment Transaction Report


The Payment Transaction Report produces an on-screen list of all payments and transactions.  It is useful for reconciliation purposes.

  1. Go to Store & Forms / Reports / Financial Reports / Payment Transaction Report.
  2. Select the date range for the data.
  3. Filter by Payment Method and Status (cancelled, pending, completed.)
  4. Refresh and download to excel.
  5. Click on the blue order number to view the order or the Contact's name to view their Contact Record.


Account Credits Report


This report produces an on-screen report of all accounts with a credit balance.  If an account has a credit balance, the user will be able to use this credit towards future purchases. You can also delete "old" credits or credits that have been issued manually by check.
  1. Go to People / Reports / Contact Reports / Account Credits.
  2. You will be presented with a list of contacts that have credits on their accounts.
  3. Click on the name of the contact, then the "Directory and Account" tab.  Here you can view the Account Credit history.
  4. If you click the "Add Credit" button, you will be able to apply a credit or reverse a credit on the user's account.
  5. To Remove an Account Credit, enter a negative amount to reduce the available credit.
Note:  It's a good idea to involve your treasurer in this process because he or she can most likely tell you if the credit needs to remain or if it has already been paid.


Credit Card Transactions & Balance Report


If you are a Membership Toolkit Express customer that is using Stripe as a payment processor, you will not get statements from Stripe and  therefore need a way to see transactions.

  1. Go to Store & Forms / Reports.
  2. Select the Credit Card Transactions & Balance Report under "Financial Reports."
