FAQs - Volunteer Forms

FAQ - How do you add information at the top of a volunteer form?


If you want to include additional information, instructions or graphics on your volunteer form:
  1. Go to Dashboard / Volunteers / Active Forms and select the form to edit.
  2. Select the blue "Edit this Form" button.
  3. Go to the Presentation tab and place your text, pictures, hyperlinks, and pdfs in the Preamble area.
 

FAQ - How do I link directly to a volunteer form?


You can link directly to a Volunteer Form by using the "Link List" that appears when you set up any link.  See step by step instructions:


FAQ - Can Students Sign Up to Volunteer?


Any volunteer form can be set up to allow student volunteers.
  1. Go to Volunteers and select the Volunteer form (or create a new one.)
  2. Select "edit this form."
  3. Go to the Presentation tab and select "Who can Volunteer?"
