FAQs - Calendar Subscriptions
FAQ - How can parents subscribe to our PTA Calendar with their Google Calendar?
Parents can subscribe to your calendars and newsletter lists by clicking on their name in the Login Box once they have logged in.
Next, select the "Subscriptions" tab.
From here parents can subscribe to your newsletter subscription lists and your organization's calendars.
If you'd like to provide instructions to your users for linking to their personal calendars using Google Calendar and iCal, see the attached PDF file.
FAQ - Why do updates not show up on my Google calendar?
When you subscribe to calendars on a Membership Toolkit Site and sync them with a Google Calendar, it may take up to 2 days for updates to be reflected on your Google Calendar. This is simply how often Google chooses to sync.
It's also important to note, when the date of an event gets changed on a Membership Toolkit calendar, it's best to Delete the event and Create a new one rather than simply changing the date. Changes made don't sync with Google, but cancellations and additions do.
