FAQ - Why is some contact information highlighted in yellow?
When looking at a user's Contact Record or at your list of contacts (People / Contact Records), you may notice that some of the data is highlighted in yellow.
This means that the contact has chosen not to publish those pieces of information in the Directory. It is highlighted on both the Contact Record and the Contact Record List so that when Admins are looking at information they know what information should not be shared.
If you want this information published in your directory, the parent will need to log in to their account and update their publish preferences. There is not a way for administrators to override a users preferences when they choose to have some data not published.
