FAQ - Why are some users not able to see the fields on a PaySimple shopping cart to enter their credit card information?
When the form for PaySimple first loads, the continue button is disabled until a change is made that will allow them to move forward - such as entering their payment info (card number, exp date, cvv, zip code). If something on the user's browser is preventing it (say an ad blocker or other type of plugin), the form for the credit card info won't load into the page, and the user will have no way to continue.
We suggest that the user disable any pop-up or ad blockers they have (at least for membershiptoolkit.com sites.)
