FAQ - Is there a way to send marketing emails to only the new addresses entered?

At this time, Marketing emails that are sent out will go to all emails.  As an Organization you will want to determine:
  1. If you want to push out the marketing emails once parents have uploaded their emails to the campaign.
  2. Or, if you want to tell your parents they will need to click on the email or Facebook tab when setting up their student's page to send out their our personalized email.
Both ways work well but you need to instruct parents on the method that will be used.

If you plan to move forward with the Marketing emails, we highly recommend sending out a request that all personal pages be set up and all emails be uploaded by a specific date so you can then start the marketing emails at that time.

If you have already started sending emails, we would suggest advising parents to send out their own personal messages from their student's campaign page.  You might even turn off the ability to upload emails not to confuse parents.
