Executive Board Elections - Voting Form
Your organization may be able to use electronic voting in lieu of a general unit or board meeting. A Data Only Sales Form can be used to approve a Slate of Officers or next year’s budget. Using a Form Condition, you can restrict access to the voting form to only allow those who should be voting to vote.
There are 2 ways to set this up:
- Yes/No Per Person Voting - if you need to vote for each position/per individually
- Yes/No Entire Slate Voting - if you have already posted your slate for the upcoming year and are able to vote for the slate as a whole
Yes/No Per Person Voting
We have a sample form available that we can add to your account to help you get started. Just submit a ticket with your request through our help desk.
- You can edit, delete, and add data fields on the Line Items tab.
- We also suggest entering a CC'd email address on the Email tab so someone is notified when the form is submitted.
- We have added a new feature that will tabulate the votes for you! You will find this feature under Store & Forms > Forms. Click the Summary Button to the right of your form.
