Canceling a PaySimple Account
An Account Owner can cancel your organization's PaySimple account by calling the PaySimple Customer Care team at (800) 466 – 0992.
- Select option 2 so that they can validate the account for security purposes before cancelling.
- They are available Monday – Friday 9 am – 7 pm EST.
Once you have closed your account with PaySimple, you will want to disconnect it as the payment processor for your Membership Toolkit site.
- Go to Admin / Payment Configuration.
- Select the PaySimple tab.
- Change PaySimple active? to "No."
