Archiving Message Board Posts
When moving to a new year, it's often helpful to archive any Message Board posts from this year and clear things out for the coming year. You can schedule the archival of past message board posts as part of the Year End Checklist.
- Only posts in the 'Messages' section will be archived. Everything in the Preamble will remain.
- Posts can be archived for Stand-Alone, Classroom, and Grade Level Boards.
- You can archive all posts for all of your message boards at once, or select them individually.
