Accounting Reports

Income & Expense Report


The Income & Expense report is a standard accounting report that produces an on-screen report of your income & expenses for a given date range.
  1. Go to Accounting / Reports / Standard Accounting Reports / Income & Expense Report.
  2. Select your date range.
  3. Select to Include Detail or a Summary Only.
  4. Click the Refresh button.
  5. You can also choose to download to excel or as a PDF.






Balance Sheet Report


The Balance Sheet Report (also known as a Statement of Financial Position) produces an on-screen report of your assets & liabilities as of a particular date.
  1. Go to Accounting / Reports / Standard Accounting Reports / Balance Sheet Report.
  2. Select a date.
  3. Click the Refresh button.
  4. You can also choose to download to excel or as a PDF.


General Ledger Report


The General Ledger Report is a list of all transactions recorded to an account.
  1. Go to Accounting / Accounts 
  2. Select the account you wish to view by clicking on the amount in the Balance column

  1. Select your range of dates
  2. Click the Refresh button.
  3. All Ledgers can be downloaded to excel


Order Financial Matrix Reports


There are 2 reports that will produce an Excel spreadsheet of all orders with the dollar amounts broken down by what is defined in your Catalog under each SKU's Sales Information tab.
  1. Order Financial Matrix by Account - dollar amounts are broken down according to the Ledger Accounts & Amounts for Income in your Catalog
  2. Order Financial Matrix by Category - dollar amounts are broken down according to the SKU Categories in your Catalog
To run these reports:
  1. Go to Accounting / Reports / Orders & Catalog Reports.
  2. Select the range of dates for the report.
  3. Download to Excel.


Catalog Account Usage Report

The Catalog Account Usage report is an on-screen report that details the income accounts used for each active SKU.  This is especially helpful for treasurers so they can easily track how income is being allocated.
  1. Go to Accounting / Reports / Orders & Catalog Reports / Catalog Account Usage.


990-EZ Information Report


This report produces an on-screen summary of your income and expenses as defined by your chart of accounts and how it relates to the boxes on the Federal 990-EZ "Return of Organization Exempt From Income Tax".
  1. Go to Accounting / Reports / Tax & Other Reports.
  2. Select the 990-EZ Information Report.

SKU Categories


The SKU Category on the SKU's Sales Information tab is important for financial reporting purposes. There are two reports available to administrators that itemize purchases made based on the SKU Category:
  1. Order Financial Matrix by Category
  2. Ordered Items Report
This field CAN be left blank and it will not impact your other financial reports associated with the Accounting Tools.
